The operating terms for the Acrylic beta desktop product, account layer, and public web surface.
These Terms govern use of Acrylic, operated by Daniel Ballester Garcia, based in Murcia, Spain. They apply to the public website, beta desktop product, downloads, and account layer made available under the Acrylic name.
Acrylic is currently distributed as a beta desktop IDE. Features may change, availability may shift, and some capabilities may remain experimental while the product is still under active development.
Users remain responsible for the code they generate, the commands they execute, the provider APIs they bring through BYOK workflows, and their compliance with applicable law, third-party licenses, and workplace policies.
Donations do not currently purchase a subscription, service-level agreement, or production guarantee. Future paid plans may be introduced later without changing the underlying account identity model.
