Acrylic is operated by Daniel Ballester Garcia in Murcia, Spain. The service uses cloud infrastructure for account identity, verification, device binding, donations, and future billing readiness.
During beta, Acrylic may process account data such as email address, verification state, device metadata, donations, and entitlement state. Provider API keys and local project files are intended to remain on the user machine by default.
If analytics, telemetry, or non-essential cookies are added later, this policy should be updated before those systems are enabled publicly.
